Allison has 7 years of experience working in industrial hygiene and remediation field services, she has experience in project management, project coordination, accounting, technical writing, and office management. Allison is a certified Building Inspector and Air Monitoring Specialist and she also supports the QUEST Environmental team with technical writing. Allison is a Colorado native that enjoys hiking in her free time.
John Wilson, General Manager

With dual Bachelor’s degrees in Psychology and Criminal Justice, she possesses a unique understanding of organizational behavior and decision-making dynamics. Her proactive approach has led to the successful development of winning proposals that secured significant projects for Quest, demonstrating her talent for aligning organizational capabilities with client needs.
Madison has been instrumental in introducing new processes, protocols, and procedures to the business, enhancing operational efficiency and fostering a culture of continuous improvement. Her commitment to excellence and her supportive role within the leadership team have established her as a key contributor to the organization’s success. Outside of her professional achievements, Madison is a loving wife and devoted mother of two, who cherishes spending time with her family.
Bob Woellner, Founder
Bob specializes in indoor air quality, industrial hygiene, scientific and environmental investigative protocols, and environmental assessments. He has qualified as an industrial hygienist since 1990, is a full member of the American Industrial Hygiene Association and Rocky Mountain Section, is certified as a meth consultant and instructor by the Colorado Department of Public Health & Environment, is a residential measurement provider by the American Association of Radon Scientists and Technologists through their National Radon Proficiency Program, and has obtained his OSHA HAZWOPER certification. He lectures and publishes extensively, including his co-authored book International Environmental Risk Management: ISO 14000 and the Systems Approach. He has qualified and served in numerous jurisdictions as an expert in industrial hygiene, environmental monitoring, microflora/mold, meth, indoor air quality, environmental sampling, and risk management, for dozens of environmental contamination cases. Bob has a Bachelor’s degree in geology from Middlebury College and a Master of Science degree in Marine Geology and Geophysics from the Rosensteil School of Marine & Atmospheric Science.
