Nick Daviscourt, Founder of Ethos Environmental / Director of Environmental Consulting

Nick brings a diverse array of competencies to the table for Quest as the founder of Ethos Environmental, which we recently acquired. With 14 years of experience in industrial hygiene, Nick has earned a respected position in the industry as a versatile and seasoned consultant in everything from asbestos to tetrachloroethylene. Caring deeply about his career-long mission of “clarifying the complicated”, Nick takes pride in being an asset to Quest’s clients.
A former Olympic hopeful, marathon runner, skier, and profound lover of coffee and wine. Nick graduated Magna Cum Laude from Regis University with a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration. He can often be spotted counting the yeast cells in his beer during his free time.

Suzanne Dexheimer, Accounts Receivable

Suzanne has 30+ years of experience working for a variety of companies as an Executive Assistant, Event Planner, Administrative Assistant and a variety of other Business Support roles. Her goal has always been to develop & maintain good working relationships with her seniors and co-workers. Suzanne’s top priorities are providing excellent customer service, attention to quality, accuracy & detail and being well organized. She has strong communication skills and is personable, enjoys meeting new people and values staying connected to family & friends!

Travis Glenn, Environmental Technician

Travis Glenn is a dedicated professional with a passion for creating safe and healthy environments. As a certified Asbestos Building Inspector in the state of Colorado and a Certified Residential Mold Inspector (CRMI) through the Professional Mold Inspection Institute (PMII), he brings a keen eye for detail and a commitment to excellence in every project he undertakes.
With over a year of hands-on experience at Quest Environmental, Travis has quickly established himself as a valuable asset to the team. His academic background in cybersecurity from CUB adds a unique dimension to his work, allowing him to integrate advanced technical insights and innovative problem-solving into environmental safety practices.
Travis is driven by a mission to ensure client satisfaction through thorough inspections, clear communication, and practical solutions. His dedication to continuous learning and growth makes him a trusted partner for tackling complex environmental challenges with confidence and care.

Robert Head, Environmental Technician

Robert Head is a dedicated and knowledgeable professional in the fields of environmental health and safety. As a Certified Radon Technician and Certified Building Inspector, Robert combines technical expertise with a commitment to ensuring safe living and working environments. Through his extensive training and experience, he has developed a comprehensive understanding of radon mitigation and asbestos identification, making him a reliable resource for homeowners, businesses, and organizations seeking to navigate the complexities of these critical issues. Beyond his technical qualifications, Robert is recognized for his intellectual acuity and problem-solving abilities. He approaches each project with a keen analytical mindset, allowing him to devise tailored strategies that address the unique challenges presented by each site. Currently, he is pursuing a Bachelor’s degree to further enhance his skills and knowledge, underscoring his determination to stay at the forefront of industry standards and practices. Robert’s intellect and passion for environmental safety position him as a valuable asset in his professional pursuits.

Jasmine Mabesa, Accounts Payable / Bookkeeper

Jasmine has a strong background in financial management, administrative support, and data management. With over 10 years of experience across a range of industries—from customer support, training and development, bookkeeping and banking, to administrative and executive support—she brings a unique blend of precision, adaptability, and people skills to every role she takes on.
Jasmine holds a bachelor’s degree in business management from Silliman University. Her early career in the banking sector laid a strong foundation in finance and bookkeeping, which she has continued to build upon through roles with other organizations. She’s also adept at leveraging modern tools to optimize workflows and enhance team productivity.
Beyond her professional responsibilities, Jasmine has a keen interest in real estate, construction, and exploring different cultures through travel and historical sites. Her appreciation for structure, paired with a continuous drive to learn and improve, allows her to approach her work with both curiosity and precision—making her a reliable and forward-thinking contributor to any finance team.

Allison Manzanares, Environmental Consultant

Allison has 7 years of experience working in industrial hygiene and remediation field services, she has experience in project management, project coordination, accounting, technical writing, and office management. Allison is a certified Building Inspector and Air Monitoring Specialist and she also supports the QUEST Environmental team with technical writing. Allison is a Colorado native that enjoys hiking in her free time.

John Wilson, General Manager

John Wilson is a dedicated and accomplished general manager with a robust background in business development and leadership. With a foundation in psychology, having studied at MSU, John possesses a unique ability to understand client needs and foster positive relationships. This expertise has cemented his passion for client satisfaction, which remains at the forefront of his professional endeavors. John holds a building inspector certification, demonstrating his commitment to maintaining high standards in environmental safety. His qualifications enable him to ensure that projects not only meet industry standards but also align with client expectations, further enhancing his reputation as a trusted professional in the field.

Madison Wilson – Chief of Staff

Madison Wilson serves as the Chief of Staff, where she plays a crucial role in directly assisting the board of directors with strategic initiatives and operational oversight. With dual Bachelor’s degrees in Psychology and Criminal Justice, she possesses a unique understanding of organizational behavior and decision-making dynamics. A highly organized professional, Madison excels in managing the flow of business operations and ensuring that projects are executed efficiently and effectively. Her proactive approach has led to the successful development of winning proposals that secured significant projects for Quest, demonstrating her talent for aligning organizational capabilities with client needs.

Madison has been instrumental in introducing new processes, protocols, and procedures to the business, enhancing operational efficiency and fostering a culture of continuous improvement. Her commitment to excellence and her supportive role within the leadership team have established her as a key contributor to the organization’s success. With a passion for organizational development and a keen eye for detail, Madison is dedicated to empowering her team and driving meaningful results within the organization. Outside of her professional achievements, Madison is a loving wife and devoted mother of two, who cherishes spending time with her family.

Bob Woellner, Founder

Bob specializes in indoor air quality, industrial hygiene, scientific and environmental investigative protocols, and environmental assessments.  He has qualified as an industrial hygienist since 1990, is a full member of the American Industrial Hygiene Association and Rocky Mountain Section, is certified as a meth consultant and instructor by the Colorado Department of Public Health & Environment, is a residential measurement provider by the American Association of Radon Scientists and Technologists through their National Radon Proficiency Program, and has obtained his OSHA HAZWOPER certification. He lectures and publishes extensively, including his co-authored book International Environmental Risk Management: ISO 14000 and the Systems Approach. He has qualified and served in numerous jurisdictions as an expert in industrial hygiene, environmental monitoring, microflora/mold, meth, indoor air quality, environmental sampling, and risk management, for dozens of environmental contamination cases. Bob has a Bachelor’s degree in geology from Middlebury College and a Master of Science degree in Marine Geology and Geophysics from the Rosensteil School of Marine & Atmospheric Science.
